During a routine inspection

People were generally happy with the care they received, where it was family members they felt they were being kept informed by the manager as to the well being of their loved one and people who actually used the service said that they were well cared for and staff were kind and respectful whilst also being friendly. One person told us 'I like the food the staff are polite and helpful and I feel safe'.

A relative told us 'All the staff are kind and supportive I find the manager supportive and keeps me informed of any changes needed in the care plan, I would never want my relative to leave here'.

Another person living at the home told us that 'I like living here I feel safe and I don't need too much help from the staff but they would if I needed it, it is kept clean and I really enjoy the meals.'
