During a routine inspection
People and their representatives told us they felt the care home is clean and fresh. People felt positive about the quality of care they experienced and that their dietary needs were met, with choices at each meal time.
Representatives and people who use the service told us that staff worked closely with other healthcare professionals and commissioning staff to ensure that care provided is consistent.
People told us they had never had to report any allegations of abuse. Staff make them feel safe and that they would know who to report any concerns to, if they needed to. We were told that they were aware of the complaints policies and procedures and that they were confident to make complaints without fear of discrimination.
