During a routine inspection
Residents told us they were involved in their care and treatment, and have been informed of changes that were being made to the ownership of the home.
Residents told us the manager was easy to talk with and often asked their views of how the home was run.
A relative told us 'the manager listens and tries to do something within his power.'
Relatives that visited during our visit told us the manager was very approachable and they were very satisfied. Comments included 'whenever I have raised any issues, staff try their best to put it right.'
