During a routine inspection
We spoke with four people using services and they all said they were happy and settled living at Springwater Lodge.
One person said they had come to look around the home before they decided to move in. They confirmed they had received all the information they needed, to help them make the decision to move into the home.
Three people said that staff were kind and caring and always polite and respectful towards them.
People spoken with did not know they had a plan of care in place; however they all felt staff knew what they liked and how they preferred to be supported. They all said their needs were met.
One person said staff always asked them for permission before they provided them with support.
One person said they liked living at the home, staff were good to them and they received plenty of help as they needed it.
One person said there were activities to join in if people choose to do so and they were happy with the activities available.
One person said they received their medication as needed.
Three people said they knew who to speak with if they had any concerns, however they did not have any problems at that time.
One person told us they felt safe living at the home and they trusted staff.
Three people spoken with felt there were enough staff available to meet their needs and that staff were good at their jobs.
