During an inspection in response to concerns
People told us that they were aware of their care plan and have been involved in its development. We saw that the routines of the service were unrushed and there was a sense of calm atmosphere throughout the day whilst we were there. We saw residents and staff interacting with each other and there was a good rapport between them. We observed staff talking to people in a supportive and a gentle manner.
People told us they had plenty to eat and drink and that they were delighted with the meals they received. On the day of our visit, we found that there were enough staff on duty to provide support to people using the service.
