During a routine inspection
They told us they were very much involved in their care and they made decisions every day about the support they needed from the care workers. They told us their privacy and dignity was always respected by staff and the staff were well trained in this area. People said the staff turned up on time and the time that they arrived was discussed with them to ensure it was suitable.
People told us they had a care plan which was devised with them and changed as they progressed to reflect their needs.
They said they could raise concerns to any member of staff or the manager if the need ever arose.
Comments included 'I receive a wonderful service', 'I have as good a service as time allows' and 'The care is excellent, it couldn't be better'.
