During a routine inspection
We were told staff supported people in a kind and sensitive way, respecting their wishes and preferences.
People said that were happy with their rooms and the general facilities offered. When we asked if there was anything they would like improving the people we spoke with said 'nothing'.
People told us they felt there were enough staff on duty to meet the needs of the people living at the home. They said the staff were approachable and kind. One relative said 'it's a good home, every one of the staff are caring'.
People said they felt comfortable raising any concerns they might have with the staff and no one raised any areas of concern with us.
