During a routine inspection
People were supported to take part in daily living skills, access the local community and to minimise their behaviours that challenged. Staff received the necessary training to support people with these tasks.
The service had systems in place to monitor and evaluate its quality of care. People who use the service were able to make their views known in a variety of ways, including key worker meetings, regular reviews and client forums. The service's quality monitoring systems found that most people rated the service overall as 'excellent'.
