An Expert by Experience is someone who has experience of using this type of service. We looked at all the quality statements for the Safe and Well-led key questions as part of this assessment. The service has achieved an overall rating of good across the two key questions. 3 quality statements under the safe key question- Learning Culture, Safeguarding and Medicines optimisation were scored as less than good, however we were assured that identified issues were already in the process of being addressed or would be addressed in a timely manner by the registered manager and provider.
