During a routine inspection
We also spoke with seven members of staff and the manager. Staff told us that the training and support provided meant that they were able to look after and meet the needs of people they were supporting. All the staff we spoke with had a good understanding of the types of abuse people receiving care and support in the community could be at risk from.
We found that the service had effective systems in place to monitor the quality and safety of care and support being provided. The monitoring and management of services ensured that day to day performance issues and risks were identified and responded to. People's support plans and risk assessments provided clear and detailed information on people's needs and the support required. We found that information held in the main office did not always accurately reflect the information available in people's homes.
