During a routine inspection
Some people were unable to share their experiences with us. Those that could told us they were generally happy with the care and support they received. Two people told us ''staff look after us well''.
Most people felt the home had a good team of staff but there is not always enough staff on duty to meet their needs. Relatives shared this view.
People felt able to express their views and involved in decisions about their care and treatment. People considered that their privacy and dignity is respected.
Relatives were generally happy with the care and service their family member received, and said they were involved in their care and reviews.
