During a routine inspection
One person who uses the service said they 'can't fault it' and there was a 'well maintained building' and they were 'happy with the cleaning'. They also commented that 'when they used the call bell the staff came quickly enough'.
The relative we spoke with commented that 'there was a good atmosphere' and 'they could ask staff any questions they had everyday'.
Another person who uses the service we spoke with said that they 'loved their room' and 'its improving'.
