During a routine inspection
We spoke to people by telephone. Comments we received were all positive and included, "I don't know what I would do without them". "We always have the same member of staff unless there are holidays and then the manager always tells us who may come'. 'I have the same carer, if she cant come I manage myself because it wouldn't work with someone else'.
Evidence we received by talking to staff members show this is a good agency to work for with staff telling us they feel very supported and the manager communicates well with them. One staff member said, "I have worked for the agency for some time. We have good training and supervision'.
Staff we spoke to had a good awareness of individual care needs and the importance of treating people with respect and dignity. A carer spoken to said, "The staff are very
respectful and always on time".
Other agencies we spoke to about the service had no issues about the service.
