During a routine inspection
We saw the home provided people with suitable food and hydration to meet their needs and had systems in place to identify risk. We saw there was sufficient staff on duty to provide care and support.
The provider had an effective system in place to record and monitor complaints. Complaints were taken seriously and responded to appropriately.
We saw the environment was not always suitably designed or maintained.
People who used the service were very positive about the care and support provided. Comments included 'It's lovely here' and 'I like my room and the staff look after me very well'.
