During a routine inspection
A relative told us they thought there was enough staff on duty, including at weekends. They said: "the staff always let me know if there is a change to our usual routine. The people in the office have so much time for me. They really listen and help."
We saw people made choices about the times they wanted a service and the activities they did during the day.
There was information on how to make a safeguarding referral available to staff. The deputy manager told us: 'we have all done safeguarding training and we have yearly updates."
We looked at the care files for people who used the service and saw they did not contain information about people's changing needs.
