During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak with people using the service at Barlby Road because they were not able to use verbal communication. We saw that each person had constant care, support and interactions with staff. We saw that staff communicated with people in a positive way. People had plans for daily activities which included going out to activities and to voluntary work in the community.

We were able to speak with relatives of people using this service. Generally they were satisfied with the care and support provided to their family member. They were aware of the key worker members of staff and had had any incidents involving their family members reported and discussed with them.
