During a routine inspection
People told us the Prime Time Recruitment was 'very good' and the service that was provided was 'excellent'. People said that they always had the same care staff allocated to them and that staff were flexible and did not rush when providing care.
We found that the provider was meeting the standards required for the care of people and that staff were also supported by the provider. We found that care plans were regularly reviewed and that consent was always obtained before any care was provided to people.
We visited the offices of Prime Time Recruitment on 14 November 2013, we viewed documentation and care plans of the people who used the service and later spoke with the representatives of people who used the service.
