A social care professional told us that the agency was very good at communicating with them. They said the agency solved any problems and that they would recommend them. They said that they had 'been impressed' with the agency as they gave a 'personal touch'.
A relative said 'The carers arrived promptly each day and cared for X in a positive way. We would have been lost without this invaluable help. The carer was brilliant, I cannot sing her praises enough and she is a credit to the company'.
