During a routine inspection
One parent told us they have a 'high respect for New Horizons and the work that they do.' Another parent told us they 'felt respected by staff.'
The family members we spoke to confirmed they felt safe in the hands of Horizon's care workers. Describing the quality of the service one family member said they could not give them a 'high enough recommendation.'
People's privacy and dignity were supported. People who used the service received care and support from staff who were competent to carry out their roles. People were protected from abuse. The provided did not have robust mechanisms to assess and monitor the quality of care provided.
