During a routine inspection
We observed staff consulting people who use the service sensitively and they told us they were involved in decisions about the support and treatment that was provided to ensure their wishes and needs were respected.
People said that staff were 'Helpful' and 'Kind' and that 'Lots of help' was provided with supporting their needs. People told us that 'Staff are great' and that they could have a good joke with them. Whilst one person said that they would prefer being in their own home, they said that they knew how to complain and 'Can't grumble' at the care they received.
People using the service told us 'that staff were 'Very good'. One person said 'I need a lot of care ' staff give me this' and a regular visitor told us staff provide good encouragement in helping their relative to eat.
People living in the home told us they had 'No grumbles' and were generally happy with the service provided and were satisfied their concerns were taken seriously.
