During a routine inspection
Relatives of people receiving support told us, 'I cannot fault the support my relative gets. The care package, hard work and dedication to my relative are second to none.'
People we spoke with said, 'I feel safe with staff. I would speak with the manager or the deputy if I had any concerns. I have done this before and they have resolved my issues.' Staff were able to describe safeguarding procedures.
Relatives of people receiving care said, 'I have sat on interview panels and found it useful. I felt involved and respected.' There were effective recruitment and selection processes in place.
We saw records which showed staff training and supervision. These records showed that the service provided was monitored to give appropriate support to individuals.
