People told us they were pleased with the care provided. They said "the service is really personal", and, the staff "do everything very well". A relative said the service was "absolutely outstanding" and the staff were "the most caring people I have ever come across".People told us they were involved in planning the care provided to them. One person said "They discuss everything with me" and a relative said "We said what we wanted and they agreed what they could provide". This relative also told us that the timing of the morning visit had been changed to suit the person's usual routine and said the agency staff "have always been adaptable and accommodating".
