During an assessment under our new approach
During our assessment of the service we looked at all of the quality statements relating to all of the key questions. This was the first assessment of the service since a change in the provider in January 2023. The home was well-led by a manager who was in the process of registering with us. There were effective systems in place to monitor and improve the quality and safety of the service provided. Staff had the training and skills to carry out their role effectively. Systems were in place to ensure people received care and support in accordance with their needs and preferences. People’s views were valued and responded to and any learning from incidents or complaints were shared with staff and used to drive improvements.
