During a routine inspection
We found people had been involved in the planning and delivery of their care as evidenced within people's care plans. The service had completed several personal risk assessments for people and had created action plans to reduce risks identified. All staff had received safeguarding training and policies, best practice guidelines and procedures were easily accessible to staff. The service had appropriate arrangements in place to ensure staff had undergone appropriate checks prior to starting work and there was an up to date statement of purpose available in a format that people could understand. The service conducted audits and sought feedback from people, their relatives and staff in order to improve the service provided.
