During a routine inspection
Care and treatment met people's individual needs. One person told us that the agency was 'Excellent in every way' and a relative told us that they were 'very pleased' with Carewatch (Wessex).
Staff felt supported by the agency. They received supervision, spot checks, appraisals and training. Staff were aware of the need to report any allegation of abuse.
People's views and experiences were sought and staff had opportunities to feedback to the provider. There were systems to monitor the quality of care however actions were not always identified and action was not always taken.
