During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made
We found that improvements had been made. Systems had been put in place for the management and administration of medication. These included more effective monitoring of the management of medication including recording and dealing with any medication errors should they occur. Staff had received training, information and supervision to ensure they were competent and skilled to carry out their role.
Complaints from people who used the service and their families had been dealt with in a timely and appropriate way.
People who used the service could be assured that systems were now in place to protect them from harm and to respond to them in a respectful and appropriate manner.
