People who used the service told us that they had not had any missed calls, and when care staff were held up someone always let them know.

During a routine inspection
People told us that they received a reliable service. They had not missed any visits and carers were rarely late. If there were any problems with the timing of visits they were contacted by staff in the office.
People received a rota to inform them of which staff would be visiting in the coming week. There were mixed comments about the consistency of the staff team. For example, one person commented that they rarely had any new care workers but two others told us that there were considerable changes in the staff team.
We heard that people were happy with the support they received from their regular care workers. People told us that these staff understood their needs and how they preferred to be supported. We were told that the care workers were respectful and kind. Everyone we spoke with was happy about the way they were treated by staff.
