We spoke with one person who used the service in the service's office. We also spoke with another person who used the service and the relative of a person on the telephone. People told us that they were consulted about the care and support the service provided. They told us that they felt that the support they received from the service met their needs. One person said, 'I am very happy with the care I get.' Another person said, 'This is the best care I have ever had. They let me do what I want.'
People told us that the care workers treated them with respect. One person said, 'The staff are brilliant.' Another person said, 'I get on really well with my carers.'
A person's relative told us that they were satisfied with the care and support that their relative was provided with. They said, '(Person) is doing remarkably well, (person) is more independent. The staff are excellent and their patience is amazing.'
We looked at the care records of three people who used the service and found that they experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
