During a routine inspection
There were safe established systems in place for the management of medicines. People were enabled to take responsibility for their own medication where they were able to do so safely and within a risk management process.
The premises were nicely decorated, comfortable and kept warm. Each person had their own room, which they had personalised to their taste.
Daily activities were provided for those who wished to take part. Family and friends were welcomed and invited to occasions celebrated in the home.
People told us they felt safe and knew who to speak to if they had concerns. One person told us ''If I was not happy about something I would complain but I have never had to complain, I feel well looked after.''
