During a routine inspection
There were three people using the service when we visited and all said they liked staying in Dorin Court. One person said "I love it here, I can relax" and another said "I love the staff". We observed people laughing and joking with the staff, which showed us that staff knew them well and that they were comfortable with the staff.
Support plans were discussed and agreed with people who used the service and/or their relatives and staff always asked people's consent before providing support.
People we spoke with said they enjoyed their meals in Dorin Court. One said "The food's very nice". People were able to choose what they ate and drank and any special diets were catered for.
People we spoke with had a copy of the complaints procedure and knew how to make a complaint. However, there hadn't been any complaints since the last inspection, only compliments.
