During a routine inspection
We found people were given appropriate information and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. People told us staff treated them with respect and courtesy. One person said, "They always ask me my opinion and explain what is happening."
People told us they were well cared for. One person said, "The staff are very good, nothing is too much trouble." One person said, 'The carers are good on the whole, however sometimes the care isn't consistent because of different carers working with a person.' They said the management were brilliant and sorted things straight away if they brought any concerns to their attention.
Two people said communication could be improved within the agency.
Staff received professional development and people told us staff were well trained. One person said, "I am satisfied with the care team, they do a very good job."
We saw the provider had systems in place to gather feedback from people, who used the service, and to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service people received.
