During a routine inspection
Staff were competent, skilled and well trained to meet people's needs. They were well supported by other healthcare professionals, for example, psychology support for working with people whose behaviour can be challenging.
We found that people who use the service were kept safe from harm, including safe management of medication, cleaning materials, and that their nutritional needs were well met. Staff demonstrated an understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people from harm and abuse.
One person who uses the service told us how staff support her well in having a fulfilling life, including a job. Some people who use the service had limited communication abilities and so we could not speak to them directly about their views. However, we were able to observe their mood, behaviour and how they interacted positively with staff
