During a routine inspection
We spoke to people about their relatives experiences living in the Centre and were told the staff team provided sensitive and flexible personal care support.
People told us they were happy with their care and the staff were responsive to their needs.
'I visit my relative daily and have remained fully involved in her care. As her main carer this is very important to me. I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff have been brilliant and I know they are available if I need their help'.
'I am very happy with the care and have no complaints. I have found all the staff very friendly, polite and extremely helpful'.
'I have never required any help with my relatives care before and wasn't sure what to expect. I have been pleasantly surprised'.
'The staff have been fantastic'.
'The support provided has been wonderful. Above and beyond what I expected'.
