During a routine inspection
People told us that the service was well led. One person described the, 'Bosses,' as, 'Thoughtful.' Another person told us how the owners (provider and registered manager) took a, 'Hands on role.' They felt it kept them in touch on what was going on, and in monitoring staff practice. Several people described the owners as very approachable. One person told us, 'You can always ring them.'
People told us that staff had never missed a visit, and if staff were delayed there were justifiable reasons.
People described staff as caring and that they felt safe in the knowledge that staff had the skills and knowledge to support and respond to their individual needs. One person told us, they had felt, 'Safe and secure with them (staff).'
Staff told us that they felt supported and that they worked well as a team.
We saw that appropriate arrangements were in place to support people with their medication.
