During a routine inspection
The relative we spoke to told us 'It seems alright there, he's happy that's the main thing'.
We also spoke to two social workers who told us they were very happy with the care given at 98 Booker Avenue One of them told us 'I think the way they work with him and understand him is absolutely fantastic'.
There were three people who lived at the home, two of them had complex needs and were unable to contribute to our report. We spoke to the other person who used the service and when asked if they were well looked after replied 'yes'.
We observed interaction between all of the people who lived at 98 Booker Avenue and staff on duty and it was clear that their needs were well known to staff. It appeared that people living there were happy and content and they were given the support they needed.
We asked staff what it was like working at 98 Booker Avenue and one staff member told us:
'I love it, we all seem to work well, we know our own roles'we all do what we can to meet their needs'.
