Bluebell Park

We carried out an assessment of this service between 7 and 12 November 2024. Bluebell Park is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 67 people. We carried out an unannounced visit to the service on 7 November 2024. The service provides support to adults and people living with dementia. At the time of our inspection there were 62 people using the service. At our last inspection in February 2022, this location was rated good. Following this assessment the service continues to be rated good.

People and their relatives spoke positively about the care provided at Bluebell Park. Not everyone at Bluebell Park was able to talk to us about their experience of the service so we carried out observations throughout our visit and spoke to their relatives and representatives to gather their views and opinions. We received positive feedback, overall relatives told us they felt their family members were well cared for and were complimentary about how staff treated people.
