During an inspection looking at part of the service

Due to the complex needs and communication difficulties, we were only able to have a limited conversation with one person who uses the service.

A person who uses the service was able to convey that they liked the new doors.

During a routine inspection

Due to the complex needs and communication difficulties, we were only able to have a limited conversation with one person who uses the service.

A person who uses the service was able to convey that they made choices that included choosing the activities they wanted to do.

They told us that members of staff always talk to them.

A person who uses the service was able to convey that they liked the food they receive. They also informed us that they liked their bedroom.
