During a routine inspection
Care and support was being regularly reviewed to ensure that people's needs were being met. There was evidence of people's involvement in the planning of their care and support.
The provider had ensured that there was easy access to safeguarding reporting and contact information for the local authority safeguarding teams. Staff had received safeguarding training and information about how to report any incidents of abuse.
There were on-going training sessions in place to ensure that staff could safely deliver care and support to people. Staff received supervision and attended team meetings to provide them with on-going support.
The agency had an effective system to deal with concerns and complaints that were raised by people using the service. People regularly had access to the manager and staff to resolve any concerns that they had.
