During a routine inspection
The two people we spoke to told us that care staff were good at their jobs.
Relatives of people using the service also made complimentary comments about Alliance Homecare. Comments included, 'They are really good with my relative' and 'They are well trained and they keep us informed.'
People's care records showed that Alliance completed an assessment of people's needs before a service was provided to them. Our inspection confirmed that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare.
People using the service and their relatives confirmed that care staff were attentive, polite and that the management were approachable and responsive to suggestions and feedback.
We spoke to three care staff and it was clear that they had a good knowledge of all of the people who they cared for and were familiar with their preferences and health conditions.
People were safe and their health and care needs were being met because there were sufficient numbers of staff available with appropriate skills and experience to support them.
