During a routine inspection
Since the last inspection the manager had introduced checks which ensured people's welfare needs were met by staff who were fit, appropriately qualified, physically and mentally able to do their job.
We reviewed three staff files and found that staff received comprehensive, appropriate and up-to-date training that also included local authority provided safeguarding training and an introduction to the service.
We found that Ness M Care Services had an effective quality assurance system that monitored the quality of care provided, monitored risks that could affect people and dealt with complaints in an appropriate manner.
