During a routine inspection
People were very satisfied with the standard and quality of the support, care and treatment they had received. All of the people who we spoke with said that they were treated with dignity and respect. Their dental health and well being was promoted due to the way they were treated.
There were effective infection control and clinical waste management systems in place to protect people who used the service, the public and the environment respectively.
People told us that they had trust and confidence in the competency and skills of staff. There were adequate recruitment and staff systems in place to protect people who used the service from unsuitable staff.
Quality assurance systems were in place to ensure that people received safe dental care and treatment. People had opportunities to inform the practice about areas where they were doing well and areas where they could improve upon.
