The Registered Provider must ensure that sufficient numbers of additional care staff are available to enable service users resident on the second floor of Holme House Care Home to go outside or to spend time ina room with an outside aspect in accordance with their wishes until alterations are made to the roof windows on located on the second floor of Holme House Care Home and the alterations approved in writing by the Care Quality Commission.

The Registered Provider must ensure that alterations are made to the roof windows located on the second floor of Holme House Care Home to ensure that service users resident on the second floor are able to enjoy and unninterupted outside view from the second floor when seatend and standing by 30th November 2011.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 68 service users at Holme House Care Home.
