During a routine inspection

There are survey forms in the reception area for people to fill in when they have visited the practice. We saw that these forms were widely used and people who completed them were all very positive about the treatment they received and thought highly of the staff. They confirmed that the dentist had explained their treatment to them and advised them of the costs.

We saw only one negative comment which was from a person who considered that they had been kept waiting for too long. Dr Furness explained that on this particular occasion there had been a number of emergencies that needed to be dealt with.

People who used the service reported that the surgeries were always clean when they visited.
