During a routine inspection
"Staff are lovely and well mannered'; 'The service is great, first impression it's very modern always clean and tidy, I've not had to wait long for appointments. The staff always keep the door closed when I'm getting treated'; 'They have a good communication system here, you get emails and texts about your treatment and follow up appointments. We have been given a lot of literature about the service' and 'I'm happy here, I have no problems I always feel safe.'
The service was purpose built and accessible to patients with mobility problems and could accommodate people with mobility problems or in wheelchairs to be comfortably given their treatment.
The provider had systems in place to manage the quality assurance of the service. We saw evidence of various checks offering a robust quality assurance system.
