We carried out this off-site, announced assessment on 28 August 2024 in response to information of concern received. The provider submitted documented and photographic evidence to support their reply. The evidence was reviewed by a CQC inspector, who reported on findings, weighted against the concerns received and evidence submitted. We found the practice had met regulations. The practice had systems to manage risks. Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation. Infection control procedures followed published guidance. There was effective leadership. At the time of our off-site responsive assessment, patients could access care, support and treatment when required. Sutton Smile Centre is part of Nationwide Healthcare a dental group provider.
