During a routine inspection
People's care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that met their needs. The person we spoke with told us that they never had a problem getting an appointment with the dentist. They could book appointments that fitted in with their other commitments.
People were treated in an environment which was clean and hygienic. The person we spoke with told us that the surgery was clean and hygienic. They also said how safe they felt with the staff.
Staff received appropriate professional development. We saw that the each member of staff received the training they needed to do the job and maintain their professional registration. This meant that people were cared for by skilled and well trained staff.
