During a routine inspection

Patients told us that the practice was 'fabulous' and gave 'an exceptional service'. They said staff spoke to them well and listened to their queries appropriately; they also said that staff responded to any questions or queries, promptly and politely. They told us that options available were fully explained and how much it would cost. Each patient said they had been given a copy of their treatment plan and the cost of their treatment.

Patients told us that they had been given access to their treatment plans and were confident that they could see their records if needed. They told us that they were 'very happy with the treatment received' and that all staff were 'excellent'. Patients told us that they received care and treatment that met their individual needs and preferences.

Patients we spoke to said they were confident that staff would address any concerns as soon as possible and they knew who to go to if they had any issues to discuss.
