During a routine inspection
Members of staff told us their continuing training needs were well supported by the practice.
The practice ensured that patients were informed by displaying patient information regarding treatment options, cost of treatment and how to complain in the waiting area. The use of suggestion/feedback forms in the waiting area allowed patients to give their views about the service.
The practice ensured that the care provided to patients was appropriate to their needs and that cleanliness and infection control was maintained at a high standard.
