During a routine inspection
Two patients had appointments during the inspection and we spoke with them both. They were very happy with the service provided and complimentary of the dentist's manner and work. One person said, 'It was recommended to me and yes it's a very good practice.'
The premises were clean and tidy, but access for people with mobility problems was difficult, as the surgery in use was in the basement. The provider rented the premises so possible adaptations were limited.
The provider carried out regular checks and audits to ensure a high quality service. We observed high standards of customer care, with the staff being friendly, attentive and helpful.
