During a routine inspection
A comfortable waiting room was available to patients which contained information relating to the service and health promotional advice.
We spoke to four patients who were visiting the practice during our visit. They told us that they had no complaints and that they were happy with the service. Patients comments included "staff helpful and friendly"; "happy with treatment" "very nice" and "lovely staff."
Patients told us that they were always consulted and given treatment options. Costs were always discussed prior to treatment taking place.
Patients told us that the surgery was always clean. Their comments included "cleanliness very good" and "very clean and tidy." On the day of our visit we saw that the surgery was clean and that systems were in place to ensure that equipment was cleaned on a regular basis.
The provider had systems in place to help ensure that patients' rights and wishes were responded to and to regular monitor the quality of service that people receive was monitored.
